What will you actually be doing? Your role will vary according the nature of the media in your portfolio. However, your day-to-day tasks are likely to include:

  • During a first interview, you will determine the mission, the timing and the budget of each project.
  • Once the mission is clear, you will select the experts needed (copywriters, translators, creative designers, video specialist, webmasters, …) who will guarantee you to realize the project.
  • Based on the received informations, you will elaborate a planning and make a quotation for the customer.
  • You will follow each step of the process: confirm the collaboration with the experts, coaching the project team, respect the timing, the budget and the quality of the work. You will inform all the internal team members of the different steps in the process.
  • At the end of the project, you will launch the invoicing and guarantee the customer satisfaction.
  • You will work in Berchem/Antwerp, within an ambitious team, reporting to an experienced account director.
