The Delhaize mission statement was to reinforce its relationship with customers and strengthen the positioning of its brand as the primary source of culinary expertise in Belgium.
Delhaize chose to act as a publisher with multiple “rendezvous” with its customers. Delhaize Magazine is now the most-read magazine in Belgium and is extending its content ecosystem in all possible touch points. In parallel, Delhaize is putting maximum effort into omnichannel marketing and aiming for a stronger digital presence. These different channels complement and strengthen each other.
