Cofidis needed to build a strategic approach for the ongoing production of content in view of its new positioning on the market and the introduction of new insurance solutions to create top-of-mind and conversions in a very competitive market.
The content mission, content tilts, and editorial calendar were documented in a strategic content plan built in 2 phases: from the set up of the basics of editorial governance to avoid content creation in silos to the building of an inbound marketing program with personalized content. A dedicated newsroom was created to increase operational efficiency. The audience is met on all touchpoints, in all possible formats, through an optimized distribution strategy, on a subscription-basis model.
